Fruit-full Sourdough


A compact, fruit full tin loaf made with fresh milled whole Spelt and Emmer wheat and dried British orchard fruits including apples and plums. Flavour packed with a high fruit to crumb ratio, it will keep well if wrapped and stored in a cool, dark place for up to 7 days. Excellent toasted for breakfast or served with cheese.
