You’ll learn the secrets of making the delicate and delightful Macaron and the magic of chocolate ganache fillings.
We’ll talk chocolate, technique and flavour with a guided chocolate tasting and a demonstration of how to make Macarons and ganache fillings.
There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get into the nitty-gritty of how to make truly delicious flavour combinations using the best and most natural ingredients, along with tips on how to prepare in advance, store and pack your own handmade creations for gifting.
You’ll fill macaron shells and make hand-roll truffles to take home; we’ll drink tea and coffee and enjoy each other’s company in this sensory-based workshop that will leave you feeling inspired and empowered to make more of your own.
